The disassembly procedure is the first step in providing you with the most efficient overhaul. Thousands of parts are in a plane engine, and in our services we never neglect one. Before parts can begin disassembly, we must clean the part as a whole. After careful analysis we make an informed decision on which type of cleaning is necessary (chemical or mechanical cleaning). Once our decision is made, we clean the part as a whole using the mentioned cleaning types, then use the borescope inspection process to inspect the internal structure of said part. Borescope inspections consist of entering a small camera into the internal structure and carefully checking all relevant areas in order to consult on additional repairs (which may increase turnaround times in order to maximize end product quality only if you choose to proceed with our consultation) or in some cases consult on whether the repair is even necessary due to the extensive damage of the part. Then we must dismantle the part in its optimal position which is achieved using a crane, which allows for material-friendly disassembly.

Once parts are dismantled, we may proceed with additional cleaning with disassembled individual parts. We create findings reports in order to accurately document all traces of wear or impaired functionality, and send parts off to their necessary shops. From here, the overhaul process is set into motion and your part is being looked after by experts.

In the engine shop, the final assembly also takes place.> The final assembly of the engine is the most intricately detailed process which requires the highest level of discipline and attention to detail. Every procedure and move is vital to the process, and one wrong move usually damages the final end product. However, at Sepehr Saman, we proudly can say this has not happened once.> We give credit to our numerous quality assurance procedures that keep our work of the highest standards; every operation and assembled part thoroughly checked and inspected, documentation of each procedure, permanent control measures hand-in-hand with four-eye principle based visual checks, etc.

We also provide APU overhaul services. APU overhaul processes are similar to that of engine overhaul processes. Quality and disciplinary measures are the same nevertheless.
